At OOTD Designs, we aim to deliver your scrubs safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order/payment confirmation.

During high-demand period or sale, processing times may be slightly longer.

Custom embroidery or special requests may require extra time — we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
2. Delivery Time & Charges

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service delays.

Shipping is free of charge all over Pakistan.
3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, WhatsApp or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.
4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your provided address and you have to make sure that your address is accurate.

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
5. International Shipping

At the moment, OOTD Designs ships only within Pakistan.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
