We want you to love your OOTD Designs scrubs. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly provide exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must not be customized (such as embroidered names or special alterations).

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., name embroidery).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked as final sale).

3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at ootddesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 303 3413110 with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship your replacement within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Important Notes

  • We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your requested size/color is out of stock, we’ll help you choose an alternative.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
